Traditional stove uses dual-channel ejection tube with only two nozzles, which are placed on the ignition assembly. DE&E uses a new generation of Air-fuel direct injection hybrid technology which has four small nozzle, three peripheral nozzles and one in the center, which are placed in the burner furnace to create a perfect ratio of oxygen and fuel gas for efficient combustion. This design never needs to use the air in the cabinet, eliminating the trouble of opening the cabinet to ventilate, In addition the sprinkling of soup and vegetable leaves are not easy to block the fire hole, and the design is really good.

An Improved design of DE&E traditional furnace frame that make the outer flame with the highest temperature fully contacts the bottom of the pot and the heat absorption is more efficiently; 18° slanted cut cover design effectively gather heat and prevent the loss of firepower and creating an energy-concentrating ring with a thermal efficiency is as high as 68%. A flame supervision device is part of the gas burner system that ensure the fuel supply to gas hob is cut off automatically and immediately if for any reason the flame goes off or become unstable. Spanish Orkli safety device to ensure they are quick, reliable and safe.

传统灶具采用双通道喷射管，只有两个喷嘴，放置在点火组件上。德意采用新一代空燃直喷混合技术，4个小喷嘴、3个外围喷嘴、1个中心喷嘴，置于燃烧炉内，创造出完美的氧气和燃气比例，实现高效燃烧。这种设计是永远也不需要用到橱柜里面的空气，省去了将橱柜开孔通风的烦恼，回火再也不会出现了。除此之外德意的圆锥型炉头，洒落的汤汁菜叶等不易阻塞火孔，设计非常不错的。
